A few days ago, we had a conversation with the Tai-Chi expert Alex Hall, and an insight I took away was the idea that you can move from your breathing.
Breathing, considered as you primary movement, define the way you move around in life and in the dance floor.
Some of the concepts we discussed and, even, practice, in the event were an eye-opener for me, a guy with a shallow breathing overall.
I need to start taking my breathing seriously, because at the end this is a collective precious gift we take so often for granted.
